Something like Test server for WoT, where player can download Test version of game and try new equipment/mechanics/rules before patch realize.
Same for modders. Modder can upload test version own Mod and any player can download it, and try to play it.

I think it's a great idea, although a bit premature at this stage?

This idea can be applied on PzC in advance, and then just to apply on PzC 2.
