Downloaded game update 1.60 to get newest game update. Bought Rangers and Panzers got new serial numbers but get old patches. One of them was patch 1.21 and the other patch was 1.51 for Panzers.
When I went to install they both say patch version was already installed continue any way? I continued both and and they did not add Rangers or Panzers.

Just contact support[at]slitherine.co.uk with your order details (order reference number or/and email address used when placed the order) and they will provide you with more upto date information regarding what's happening with the latest version of the game, sorry for your troubles and issue

That does not fix update patches instead of game add on's being downloaded. I tried it anyway, didn't work.

After having installed 1,65 and in order to activate the "21st Panzer" and "US Rangers" please do the following:
Run the game, and on the Main Menu, you will see an option "Store".
Click here, and you will see the "21st Panzers DLC" and "US Rangers" addons, with buttons for "Activate" and "Buy".
Click "Activate" on both and you'll be asked for a serial, so enter each serial to unlock the content.

Can't get Pz to Activate. Put the S/N in and nothing happens. Sometimes Rangers bar is there with OWNED underneath the bar, sometimes it doesn't show at all. I tried activating Pz about twelve times. I even tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling twice.

yes I lost my Rangers mod. and the 21st pz won't activate with the key I was given?

steam or site version?

have you copied pasted it in, or manual typed it in?

you can not paste it into game site you have to enter it manually to activate . won't accept the key code from either on the game. store site accepted the ranger but not the 21st pz

site version . store register now works . no luck on game activating the 2 mods
