Invulnerability bug is back

Skirmish game. Attacked a group of Skorcha nobz. Had them down to 1 unit with 60 hp. Move a landspeeder to 2 hexes away and took 2 clear shots at it. No damage at all. Then moved bolter marines to 3 hexes. took 2 more shots for no damage. Ignored them and came back and killed them next turn when invulnerability wore off.
