I think I have discovered a bug:
When Barbarossa begins, Vyborg is a Soviet city defended by a Red Army Corps.
As soon as the Soviets defeat Finland and knock them out of the war, Vyborg seems to be ceded by the victorious Soviets to the Finnish losers!
In fact Vyborg remained Soviet after the war and is now a Russian city.

Price of the Armistice?

I had to change my computer, but has got the New one now so I will have a look at this.

Issue found and fixed. Thanks for Reporting this. The fix will be out in the GS v4.00 patch addressing a few minor Things reported by the players.
