Quick question. Can any enemy Battle Group that is within move distance from your Battle Group's flank give you a "-" when testing for having a threatened flank, or must they actually have a legal Flank charge on you - meaning that they cannot have any element partially in front of your Battle Group, and they must have at least one complete element completely behind your flank ,etc.

It must be a legal charge.
