Can some one point me at the page that deals with shooters quality upgrade when a General is with them, page 24 details commanders fighting i.e Impact and Melee, where is the equivalent rule for shooting?

There is no page dealing with shooter upgrades for a general being with the unit, since there are no upgrade to shooting for a general being with the unit (other than support shooting at impact)
Note: It is only the dice rolled in the melee and impact and not those for cohesion testing as a result to which quality upgrades apply
