Let any Recon move twice within one turn, strength upgrade is not possible anylonger. revert last recon move, you can do a strength upgrade again. This sounds like a bug, isn't it?

Hi xethomagneto, this bug/feature has been around a long time. It has been pointed out by other forum members so I can only assume that the developers are aware of it and happy for it to remain.
