Hello, I how try to remove pools of blood on the game. I am not really afraid of any blood but after a moment it disgusts me.

Bonjour je cherche comment enlever les flaques de sang qui apparaissent à chaque combat. Je ne suis pas particulièrement phobique du sang mais au bout d'un moment ça m’écœure franchement.

You would need to substitute something less sanguine.

(I would recommend backing up the vanilla version first, just in case anything goes wrong)
