Slitherine

I am playing as Sonneneve, but it seems that I cannot build ships. Is it intended ? Am I missing something ?

You can't make warships, but your transport ships are armed.

Move any unit into a harbour and they will automatically convert to a transport (they return to whatever they were before when they move back onto land).
