We have had some feed back from the guys at Historicon on the QRS

They suggest that we make the following changes

1) That Score to Hit is on the same page as Points of Advantage
2) That Death Rolls are on the same page as Cohesion Tests

There is no problem making these changes if the majority think its an improvement

The only slight concern we have about moving the "to hit table" is that it would not then be near the "quality reroll table". Is it better left as is?

If "death rolls" and "auto break move" to the cohesion test page, then the "useful rules" could move to the "how many dice" page, "score to hit" and "quality reroll" move to the POA page

Its a question of fitting it all in sensibly.

Anyway you tell me

I brought the QRS but ended up never using it. FWIW, I find the tables in the back of the rule book to be just as easy to use as a QRS. And it has the advantage of having the book right there when the inevitable "what happens if I . . . " question arises following the latest scheme to pop into my head.

My $.02,

Marc

To be honest that is my feeling too and was the feeling of a lot of the slighlty more experienced players when people started clamouring for a play sheet.

That said the playsheet is very handy for getting new players up and running and I have used it a number of times when teaching the game.

I think the suggested changes are viable and as they have come from people who actually used the sheet (I never use the sheet and almost never use the tables in the back of the rules anymore) they should be addressed.

FWIW I also tend to use the charts in the back of the rule book. We've also found the QRS great for working with new players but I just like to have it in with the rules. Good layout and easy to use.

That said I think the proposed changes for the QRS seem like good ones.

Cheers,

Dale
