Is it possible to create a random map? Just select what you like and the game creates a map?
Or do I need to create a map from scratch?

There is a random map plug-in. You can use that to get the design and layout. The Victory Points can just be removed through resetting the Victory Points Plug-in. Without the points, you can just drops armies on the map and it plays as elimination. AI Aggression set with editor tool, there is an icon. That is minimalist, no fancy splash screens, but will work.

And how fo I use this plug in?

It is built into the editor, in-game.

*it is in the plug-in tools menu. Look for the plug-ins button in the upper-left of the editor window.

The (?) in the menu windows give additional information. F1 is help.
