HI I HAVE saved campaigns and game battles. after the new patch my saved games are gone and i cant save a campaign or battle in progress what happened. help it worked fine until your new patch now my old saves are gone and i cant save anything

Can you be more specific about what happens when you try and save a game? Is it possible that the game folder has become protected in some way?

Try renaming My DOcuments/My Games/SANCTUS and running the game (it will recreate the folder). If you can then save try copying the files from the SAVES folder into the newly created SANCTUS folder.

when in a game and i want to save a game in progress i click on save and type in a name ,click save then when i go to load its not there. my old save game files are all gone after the new 1.02 patch help also im using the steam version. i cant find the file you asked me to check in. thanks tom

Please attach a DxDiag report fie.
How to get a DxDiag report file:

1. Click on "START" (on Windows 8/10 press “Windows key” and the “R” key at the same time)
2. Click "run" (skip this step on Windows 8/10)
3. Type in "dxdiag" and click "OK"
4. Check through the tabs and perform all tests
5. Click "Save all Information..." and save the text file to a location of your choice
6. Attach the file to your message

i found the folder documents/mygames/santus what do you want me to rename how do i do that lol

Rename the "SANCTUS" folder as "_SANCTUS" .

OK so I rebooted my computer and now I can save my battles in progress but my old save games before your newest patch are gone. Are others experiencing loss of saved games after the new 1.02 patch? Thanks

Have you renamed the "SANCTUS" folder as it was suggested?
