I got to about the fourth from last scenario of the Stormclaw campaign. However, the scenario will not load. I tried replaying from the previous save. However, the next scenario will not load even after one hour.
I would attach the saved game file, but I do not know where the saved games are stored.

Save files are stored in My Documents/My Games/SANCTUS/SAVES. They are not named but the timestamp should allow you to determine the save to let us have.

Ok, I attach saved game file. When I select the next region, the load page freezes. I am using the latest v.102 update.

There was a bug in the skirmish code that could cause a hang. Try this:

- go to the DATA/BATTLE/SCRIPTS folder in your install.
- back up the MAPGENERATE2.BSF file (e.g. rename it)
- Copy in this file https://www.dropbox.com/s/8m52k20g84zk8 ... 2.BSF?dl=0

It should in theory work, though this is from the current build so I am not sure if it will conflict with the released data, but if it does I can do a hotfix based on whatever version you are using.
