Why soviet tank is in supply in captured by germans Voronezh?

i'm not sure it's a bug, as it's a supply depot / hub for the SU, so Russian units will always be in supply there, as even if a German unit is there, the ownership isn't all one sided, it's shared, same as the German hubs / depots etc reported as such on the map, but maybe wrong, a developer will have to explain it more in detail if i'm right or wrong

yes, for what I already experienced, soviet units sitting on supply zone even if belonging to ennemy, are supplied
I never experienced german units on there own supply zone, should have the same effect, supplied even if not controling the zone ...
