But orks have no deffguns or tankbustas either! It's as if both side chose the least efficients weapons against their opponent(orks are loaded with heavy bolter equivalents, and almost no AT weapons)

That's true, many support weapons are missing for both sides.

Exactly.
Which brings many online skirmishes look like : ok, what forces have I to deploy as an ork. Gosh, no kopter... one or two anti-tank CC troops... okay, I'm screwed.
Once your unit is glued somewhere or got killed, your entire game is like making no damage at all.
By the way I might be bad in these situation and don't come to take the best out of my units, but I had a really hard time playing 2k pts of ork against two dreadnoughts, 3 terminator squads, a terminator hero and a Rhino.
