Victory conditions

Can anyone give a round-up on how the different victory conditions actually work related to primary and secondary objectives?

I've noticed that official scenarios often lump together different conditions under one heading.
For instance, Draw, Minor Victory and and Major Victory may all have the same heading Victory.
While Minor Defeat and Major Defeat may be lumped together as Defeat.

On a side note. The devs have stated that a scenario may be designed with secondary objectives that the player is not expected to fulfill.
This means it is nearly impossible to get a default Major Victory if this means grabbing all primary and secondary objectives.

The five default results are:
Major Defeat
Minor Defeat
Draw
Minor Victory
Major Victory

Here is a link with explanation how outcome events work by default.
If one wants to change it it needs to add new names, new descriptions and appropriate numbers for outcomes to make various conditions to work differently.
For example in most if not all official content you have only victory or defeat. Victory is achieved if conditions for major victory and minor victory are met and defeat is granted for draw, minor defeat and major defeat.
This way even if one does not achieve all secondary objectives he is granted victory as well as those who achieve all secondary objectives. In other words official content uses toned down (modified) system compared to greater potential offered by default system in the game.

Thanks for the link, this confirmed my understanding of the options.
In my Blitzkrieg campaign I have followed the original PzC outcomes, but a draw will always allow you to continue.
PzC only operates with major/minor victory and loss.
