Unit issues

Are there any plans to correct the various unit issues in the units.csv file?
Many have been reported in the past, but the issues are still present.
Generally:
Units should not have an expiry date if there are no unit updates available. This means they will not be available for purchase after expiry date which breaks late-date scenarios.
The British infantry suffers from this.
A couple of British examples with plain wrong expiry dates:
Fairey Battle fighter available from 15/4/1944. It should be available from 1937
Bofors 40mm Mk.I AA available from 1/9/1942. It should be available from 1934 (at least the first version of the gun)
