Its been more than 2 months since Blitzkrieg came out and several months before that since we first got the announcement.
Are all the developers playing Erics PC converted campaign or can we expect something soon?
I´m not talking about tweaks or updates og new features, but some real campaign content.

Great, now you guys triggered a nerdgasm.
Still looking forward to this; OoB gets better with each DLC.

Please make a DLC of the Japanese campaign in Malaya and Burma against the British.

I'd prefer something that actually uses the OoB supply line system to the fullest as in Winter War Raate Road or Suomussalmi or Blitzkrieg's Kiev.
Afrikakorps with two armies bouncing back between overstretched supply routes seems a natural choice. Just imagine all the possibilities: Fight off RAF bombers in a sea scenario from destroying your supply ships. The more you defend and shepherd home, the more supplies reach the shore in the next mission and the more command points and resources you get. Or defending your supply trucks on the coastal road against fighter bombers. Or raiding supply dumps for British trucks. Or preparing elaborate minefield traps with 88 ATs against a superior British tank force.
Alternatively, do eastern front 42: Wehrmacht in a fighting retreat in Rhzev. Or Operation Buffalo - slowly retreat your trucks (and supply for the next mission) over various bridges, hold them for a few turns against the soviet onslaught, then blow them up. Hold against a soviet attack, slowly give ground, after a few turns, you get extra supply and aux units on their flanks and can cut their supply lines and then annihilate them.
The possibilities are endless. Mission design is way more important for immersion than fancy graphics.

Almost nobody knows Operation Mars even happened cause both Russia and the allies want to keep it secret cause over 360,000 Bolsheviks went down under fire while they were hyping up the Stalingrad disaster.
It would be nice to give that battle some love.
Another one almost nobody knows is the failed Soviet invasion of Romania in '44 which Manteuffel fended off with the deadly Grossdeutschland division.
The Soviets were slowed down a lot by failing logistics in the mud.

Agree. I would prefer those battles stretched over several missions, each around 25-35 turns. That would convey how epic the whole struggle was and actually make units and leaders less anonymous. I mean, just think about it: 1. Hold back advance for a set time. (Mission 1) 2. Fighting retreat. (Mission 2) 3. Stop advance altogether (Mission 3). 4. Cut supply, kill salient. (Mission 4.) This should also allow for some more DLCs. Would be a shame if they just blasted through the Wehrmacht in two campaigns. And would get rid of those endless "kill all units" or "seize these four cities in 60 turns" missions. Damn, they were a bore.

Andy, I find myself agreeing with the first choice in your earlier post: Afrika Corps. At this time of year (in the Northern Hemisphere), I could use a bit of virtual scorching sun and blowing sand! Seriously, I think Blitzkrieg DLC has enough of the eastern front, for now. Each time I think of new DLC for this game at this stage, my mind goes to North Africa. I hope that is next.

or....North Africa or Japanese campaign against the British and French ..(French Indochina, Singapoure, Burma). For me personally both of them would be great for this time

I would like some campaigns focused on Normandy & Italy too. They get a lot of attention but they were very interesting campaigns. And they would both be good played from the German side fighting delays, holding actions and retaking areas for critical reasons like to prevent breakthroughs in vital defensive lines or to help comrades escape ruthless allied encirclements or save medical units and German wounded or to rescue POWs recently taken captive or to destroy a bridge the allies are using to funnel material over or a paradrop to hold a bridge on both sides from advancing British or a counterattack to mess with one smaller nationality of enemy like Free French, Polish or Morrocan or protect a port to keep open their line of retreat for some ideas.

Yeah, that would be my favourite, too. But this would mean adding a lot more environmental effects (sandstorms), tilesets (desert, oasis etc), soundtrack, vehicle skins (sandblasted, desert camo) and so on. From a financial standpoint (they are a business, after all), Eastern Front 42 (Rhzev to Stalingrad attack) seems like a natural choice. Less work, but all the sales.
(Dont forget to play Afrikakorps in Panzercorps, bru. Brilliant.)

I think you can give these a new feel with micro-missions. For example, Monte Cassino should not be just one hex, it should be the whole map. You can play crack German Paratroopers with some Stug reinforcements hiding in the rubble or storm them with the Poles and British.
@devs: Please pick up some of the suggestions here. The only saving grace of Winter War were the iconic motti battles. I would be pretty annoyed if all the next DLCs were again "hold cities a,b,c" and "take cities a,b,c" and "destroy xxx units". Those are okay once or twice but were all done before.

Kinda guessed it; the devs had a sneak peek with that flying boat right after Blitzkrieg was released. Was still hoping for Afrikakorps first.
Well, but as they say in Germany "aufgeschoben ist nicht aufgehoben" (delayed doesnt mean cancelled).
Kriegsmarine will be interesting. Looking forward to it.

Back to the roots indeed.
Is this just an interim DLC while you are working on something big?

Did everyone check this link? It will be fun new German navy campaign.
The company is very clever with this idea.
German navy is very rare in games. Like in Hearts of Iron 4 you could build up a gronk navy and scrap it out with the British and French, but that was a rare case.
