i have buying the Wolves of the sea and i need the New Fog base

Just contact support[at]slitherine.co.uk with your order details (order reference number or/and email address used when placed the order) and they will provide you with new download links, or in this case tell you how to get your key.

for me you can always login to your account in the support area, members and look there, as all your keys and downloaded will or should be there, good luck either way

On my login account i have just 2 keys , the other are not on this support . but i follow your indication and i contact the support slitheriene

I messaged Caiko,

He is unable to access our two games to get them resolved, he cannot play or resign, there is no access at all. Since it is his turn on my computer, I cannot access both of the games either.

What's the solution?

Contact us at support[at]slitherine.co.uk, and report the issue. We will need to know what scenarios you are playing and the usernames of both players, so that we can delete the game from the server.
