First battle behind us and time is now for some tips (like I will doing):
- do not buy transport for basci infantry, they are mobile enough
- always reinforce your core with elite replacement
- do not attack if your predicted loses are higher than 2
- try to isolate enemy unit, cut it form supply
more will come .......

For both Poznan and Danzig the objectives must be cleared of enemy units in a 2-hex radius. Sure this is true?

Erik wrote:For both Poznan and Danzig the objectives must be cleared of enemy units in a 2-hex radius. Sure this is true?
Yes I cleared all enemy, in DANZIG scenario I take Torun too, but it was not needed.
BTW I finished LODZ scenario MAJOR VICTORY there

very good scenario no problem with bugs, but polish Cavalry do not want to attack my forces

I'm not complaining

I think that primary ojective shoud be set like capture and hold, becouse when I capture it and lost still have fulfille objective - it is capture only now.

LODZ scenario nr3
372 requisition points to spend
My core force:
1 x 17cm arty
1 x 75mm arty with transport
1 x 75 mm short without transport (new)
1 x Pz III E with Guderian
1 x Pz III E (upgraded Pz I)
2 x Mountain Infantry
5 x infantry (2 x new)
2 x Bf 109 E one with Barkhorn and second with Rall (only one placed)
2 x JU 87 B
1 x SdKfz 231 free (not placed)
My forces was placed like this:

- 1s.jpg (219.47 KiB) Viewed 7546 times
Plan is simple, we must avoid frontal attack on LODZ, take all primary objectives (not hold only take) and fulfill secondary objectives, save SS units.
Situation on turn 1 end:

- 1en.jpg (226.35 KiB) Viewed 7546 times
no losses ......
TURN 4
our forces encounter large polish cavalry detachment, but this cavalry not attack at all - good to us

TURN 7
my forces take Brzeziny and prepere to attack LODZ it was fast, I place two aux infantry unit on Sieradz and Lask to protect our flanks, always secure our supply line

- suprise attack on Lask, good that I place unit in that city
- 7en.jpg (229.85 KiB) Viewed 7546 times
TURN 11
totally suprise attack form polish large armor forces (btw polish have more tanks than us!!!!)

I don't imagine that from that direction, Sieradz is impossible to hold, but aux unit must hold temporary

- 11t.jpg (193.98 KiB) Viewed 7546 times
TURN 19
polish trains to slaughter.......

German HQ want to defend bridges on bridges what is not aceptable, my plan is defend behind river and take bridges on last turn, but you will see that this plan will cost me Victory and I only manage Draw, but I take Draw and save lives of my troops
Polish troops attack mostly in southern region and only one infantry unit attack in northern region Erik please look at this scenario it need rebalance I think, I placed in north strong force in front of bridge (only in this sector) and polish troops never attack there, later I redirect my force to the south
