Every time I get to these scenarios, I kill every enemy and take every objective before the scenario ends. In each case the game says I lost and ends. What???

Warsaw worked for me, took it, lost it, took half back then killed the required number troops I won.

Can you send us a save game and/or a screenshot of the objectives panel during these missions so that we can see which objectives aren't being completed?
