Clarity mod - Can upload if interest

This is a little adjustment I've been playing around with recently. I was sometimes having trouble distinguishing onscreen information so I've made important display elements clearer, albeit at the expense of some prettiness. I think I've seen other posters creating similar tweaks but I can share my work so far if anyone would like it.

Just a minor tweak. I restored the Soviet flag for Allied/Soviet flare-up scenarios. Full mod download:-
