7am in the morning so yes, now it's been and gone m8

I eneded up wimping out.

My wife and I went out to eat and couldn't even stay up to watch a movie.

In bed by 10pm.

But it still was a great weekend.

i also must admit i went to bed, then got up and saw it in as felt the better other half shouldn't be seeing it in on her own, so had half an hour then we both came up after the fireworks were done, and brought the cats up with us, as it was going to be a noisy night it seems and was, with odd ones going off for an hour or so, not something i'd get used to either, being up at silly o clock either, so now at my age it's nothing special, just another passing of another year

I stayed up until about 0030, but most of that time was playing EU3 and then watching a taped episode of Hard Quiz. Then changed the TV to the fireworks about ten minutes before they were to start.

After about the first 30 minutes of the new year it began to feel very much like the old one.
