Hi everyone, first time here. My mate has a problem with this game. He was given it as a present. Ordered from Matrix but they haven't supplied a password for the disk. They don't even reply to his emails. Any ideas from anyone. Seems like a  bum company to me. I'm really embarrased as I recomended the company after he saw my Conquest of the Aegean. Not happy to purchase any more from them. They haven't even replied to an email from me.

You are at the forums of Slitherine, not at matrixgames. Thus, it does not appear to me why you complain here, if matrixgames does not answer your mails?

By the way, "Conquest of the Aegean" is not from Slitherine, but from Panther Games. Matrixgames is just the publisher, like it is publishing Commander Europe at War.

Correct - if you purchased from Matrix then you would need to speak to them regarding any problems you might be having. They are usually pretty good at support. Hopefully they will get you going quickly.

Just as a note, I'm going to delete the double post to avoid confusion.

Cheers

Could be as it is a weekend now, Matrix support will come back to your friend on Monday. Also consider the different time zones between yourself and a possible helpdesk. I see so many posts like this in the weekend or dead in the night. I have no doubt Matrix will come back to you as soon as somebody is back in the office.
