When you go into the Edit function how do you access a unit to change its quality (re; below average to average, etc.)?

You can't change the quality of a unit in the Editor.

You would either have to change it in the scenario script or in the squads file - but that will get complicated if you only want to change the quality of some units of that unit type and not others.
