How do you install custom campaigns and scenarios? I am not sure how to get the game to recognize them.

Put the single scenarios in the My Game etc Scenarios folder.
Custom campaigns go into the My Games etc Campaigns folder.

Thanks for all the hard work on this custom campaigns.

To install them it says this:

My question is where is the "My Games....." folder actually at?

When I browse the steam local files for this game I cannot find the My Games folder, at least I have not found it yet.

The My Games folder is part of all 'personal' folders that windows set up during installation. A number of applications/games create folders here.
I think you can open My PC, This PC or whatever it is called, then open Documents.
You should locate the My Games folder there.

It worked and I have installed the Japanese Phillipines campaign.

Unfortunately in the first scenario I am not allowed to buy supply ships and there are no neutral or helpful supply ships that are part of my force. Also the ocean is full of subs and I cannot purchase naval units.

I can purchase airborne troops and this does allow me to eventually capture some towns but nowhere near enough to actually supply an invasion.

So what am I doing wrong?

You need to check the land-naval-air filters on top of the force list. This often defaults to nothing selected.
You should see supply ships and other units ready for deployment.

Yep, face palmed and bumped my head. Tried to buy them and never saw the blank field for naval.

Now to have fun.

You should post your question in the Tech support forum. Better chance of getting a correct answer there.

On the PC there's a 'Order of Battle -WW2' folder in the My Games folder.
In the OOB folder there's a Scenarios folder. This is where you unzip the custom scenario.
Custom campaigns go into the similar Campaigns folder.
