Soft cap.

How does the % on soft cap works?
I heard someone say that if average cost of deployment exceed 400, then the % goes down gradually?
What happens then? And so on.
I always played with it off, but now i was thinking of trying a GC39-45 with it on.

I am in 1945 and I went full boar on Mission 4 this weekend and that had me starting the mission only earning 20% so...
It can be crippling, but I enjoy the challenge, as still have over 20k in prestige

Buggy?
What do you mean?
I have had a couple of scenarios where I did not get a loss or gain of any core items and my soft cap changed, but this usually only lasted 1 round and then went to a more normal accumulation.
I do like the update of being able to clearly see how much it is hurting you per round.
