I was completely unaware of this game, and just now watched a preview. It looks really cool!

If Im not mistaken it uses the same engine as Pike & Shot? I am a huge P&S fan, and this game seems like the next gen by comparison, with a WH40K theme to top it off. I feel a bit spoiled now
Will it have Async MP like P&S?


Here are some thoughts about a few key areas of improvement I would suggest from watching the previews:

1. An epic soundtrack, similar to the one from Chaos Gate. I think that old classic nailed the Space Marine theme.

2. Unit selection voiceovers. For instance, hearing the raspy, synthesized voice of a Terminator announcing his readiness... Mmmmm...

3. Voiced mission briefings / story dialogue


Those things would imo tie the whole experience together nicely.

I was the same as you, saw a youtube video last weekend and was blown away!

After seeing what Relic have done to Dawn of War 3, I think this is going to take over as the next great 40k strategy game!

What will the future hold though? Will there be other chapters, Imperial Guard, bigger scenario's? Are the models modable?
