However, if memory serves me correctly the German Pioneers did not use the SdKfz 250 or any of its variants. They did have 2 variants of the SdKfz 251 that they did use. The 251/5 which was an assault variant carrying assault boats and the 251/7I which carried bridging material.

Of course they could have still used the 250s in limited numbers, but most of their half-track vehicles were of the 251 variety. Not really sure if there is a difference in game however.
