Can't deactivate PBEM notifications + "date modified" issue

Hi
I don't have an option to turn the PBEM notifications off in my account settings. My mail box is spammed by these notifications, so please help.
The other issue is the "date modified" in the multiplayer games. What's the time zone it reffers to? It's deffinitely not my time zone. Is there a way to change it to my proper time? Some file editing maybe?

I've turn off your PBEM notifications on your Bailout account. Is the account you use to play PBEM games?
Regarding the time zone, I honestly don't know at what the PBEM server operates. I'll ask a web admin.

Thx, yes it's the Bailout account. Please find out if I can do something to change the displayed time into my time zone...

Where the hell is that ? I can't turn it off on my account. The information in these e-maisl is inaccurate.
