New to OOb and facing some challenges..WTH Do Scenarios go?

Greetings,
I recently;y purchased OOB Blitzkrieg off STEAM. In attempting to play my bud mst007, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the custom MP scenario to be active for me to join the battle he created.
Specifically, we are attempting to play the POLAND (1939) by Erik Nygaard MP scenario. No matter where I place the files, the game won't allow me to join.
Any help is appreciated!
