My game freeze on soviet turn 2 reinforcement phase!

Dear all,
for 5 tries playing the whole campaign exact same bug has stop my game.
1) I do the complete 1st turn as Axis player and computer manage its own reinforcement and further impulses.
2) I start the 2nd turn and complete interdiction plus my 2 prepared attacks, and game freeze in soviet reinforcement phase.
It is all very frustrating as I very much enjoy the game.
I have attached a screenshot... you can see how it says "commit" in the upper right corner and red zone marking for soviet reinforcement. No buttons except save and back to main menu works as game wont continue, i.e. computer soviet opponent doesn't do anything.
