So where prey-tell is the patch?

I load the game (after much consternation) and it says 'click here for patch 1.01' I do, and it sends me to a page that's empty and says 'Not Found.'

I search the site and even search the forums- nothing. Congratulations! You've hidden it very well!

What's the name of the game file installer you have used for installing the game?

It wont accept my Serial Number, nothing in download section.

(the serial number activated my game on computer, yes made sure 56,000 times there were no typos.)

I'm sorry but that's not what I have asked. What's the name of the file (filename) you used for installing History Great Battles Medieval?
About the serial number issue, you might not be able to do it at the moment, as the member's area is not accepting some of the old serial numbers of History Great Battles Medieval.
We know about that issue and we hope to fix it soon.
With Field of Glory it should be no problem, probably the serial numbers are already registered in another account.
Anyway contact support[at]slitherine.co.uk with your account details and tell us which FoG serial number you can't register.

Ooops, my apologies! So now I'm really confused. I've never looked at the Disc itself, just clicked on install when it presented itself.

When I look at the installer version, it's GBN_v1.02. So years ago I apparently had the latest physical (boxed) version, but in-game after installation it asked if I wanted the patches that I already had??

There were no further patches to the game. 1.02 is the last version.
Probably during the last remaster they haven't changed the links for the old patch.
