Pacific no longer available after update

Hello,

I updated my OOB during the Pacific campaign. Now I can no longer start one. When I click on it it says try or purchase. I can load my saved games though. What happened and how can i activate my pacific campaign again?

thank you zakblood for the reply.

I purchased the game from the slitherine site and played the pacific campaign up to midway and further. The update left me with only the free base game. It starts but the US Pacific campaign, which I had bought for 19,99, is grey and cannot be started. I can load the games I saved before the update and continue playing but I cant start a new campaign anymore because it behaves like I would not have US Pacific at all. Do I have to reinstall Pacific on top of the update? Will it bring me back to the previous version because I can only download 2.4.8 from my account?

which patch did you install? manually or the auto update one?

Please do the following:

1. Rename the folders named "Order of Battle - WW2" and "Order of Battle - Pacific" as "_Order of Battle - WW2".
These folders can be found in your Windows documents folder at: "...\Documents\My Games"

2. Download patch 2.9.6 from the link below:
http://ftp.eu.matrixgames.com/pub/Order ... p-v296.zip
Once you have downloaded the file please unzip it. Run the extracted file to update the game.

3. Download the installer files for the DLC campaigns (US Pacific, Rising Sun) from your Member's area:

4. Download the Hotfix 2.96g from the forum post below:

The hotfix link is correct , but the name is 2.9.6g which should display on the bottom of the main screen after updating.

I resolved my problem with VPaulus' advice:

1. Download and install newest Update
Remark: I did it through the game updater expecting to not break anything, but i was wrong. So atm you can update with new download of the free game (WWII) as well.

2. Download purchased campaigns again from members area.
Remark:
a) If you have bought several campaigns this may become tedious.
b) It is confusing to install a file named after an older version (2.4.8 ) upon an updated game (2.9.6). Actually it is not an install but an activation.

3. Download newest Hotfix and apply it.
