Scale?

Does the game scale match the visuals? So 1 Space Wolf on screen = 1 Space Wolf? Or is it more like Panzer Corps and abstracted? I'm hoping it's not abstracted...

The scale is not abstracted but we'll probably have to bend the games stats to keep it all playable at the 1 to 1 scale. Think Battle Academy for the level of abstraction.
