In the Dunkirk scenario of the Blitzkrieg Campaign there is a secondary objective to shoot down a Spitfire and, in return, an Air Ace commander should be promoted. However I don't receive any such commander when I shoot down the Spitfire.

I can provide a saved game if necessary.

You get new commander only if you didn't accomplish the appropriate task and didn't receive him in Norway Scn

I never got even that secondary objectiv! Maybe because I didn´t achieved the air commander objective in warschau scenario?
