Is there any ETA on the Gold version on your store?

I just bought the collector's edition. That is what you are talking about, correct? If not, I'd like a refund and will wait until the gold edition comes out.

I saw the Gold bundle offering on Steam. Are the three DLC PDFs included in the Gold bundle or are they a separate purchase on Steam?

The gold edition is all the DLC expansions without the pdf's.
