Trucks & supply/ownership

Empty trucks cut supply, that does not sound right as long as recon units can't.
I think trucks should not be able to change hex ownership.
If this forces units in trucks to force ownership the turn after they move in trucks, maybe that is a good thing.

(I use these trucks in a scenario simulating the Germans destroying a troop convoy).

Recon units don't capture hexes because they are considered to be a small unit (attack values are reduced to 50% compared to normal units with similar weapons) and are not "establishing administrative control" over the enemy territory their advance through.

The "cargo truck" units don't capture terrain though, so perhaps you should use these for your scenario?

Aha, cargo trucks. Finally got a use for those.
BTW, shouldn't these be a generic unit type vailable for most factions? They are missing for some of the European minors (like Polen).

Thanks

You can always use the trick to select the unit from one of the nations that have it, then select the minor nation and place it on the map. A generic unit would've made sense but this way they all look more unique.

Yep, I use this lend-lease all the time, for instance to lend the Poles a R35 armored unit (they did use them a lot as far as I know).
