The new patch 2.9.6 disabled both Rising Sun and US Pacific on my game. I was able to re-download Rising Sun, but the e-mail link to Pacific said I had either waited to long or used it too many times.
The members page on Matrix has download links which always fail to connect.
I could sure use some help here.

There's no limit to the number of times you may request for new download links.

Just contact support[at]slitherine.co.uk with your order details (order reference number or/and email address used when placed the order) and they will provide you with new download links.
