I managed to launch the game but only the first time after a first install through steam on a new machine. I checked the game options and i only switched off the music. Then i wanted to launch the game editor and during this process i got the message "cannot switch to requested monitor resolution" and the program crashed. I got the same error afterwards and each time when I tried launching OOB with the steam shortcut, and with the WW2 exe run as administrator.
This is a fresh steam install on a new machine, with latest OOB patch and the brandnew blitzkrieg add-on.
HP i7-6700HQ CPU@2.60 GHz, 12Gb ram, Intel HD graphics 530 with 6Gb, directX 12, win 10 64 bit dutch version

Either try deleting options.dat from the following folder:
My Documents/My Games/Order of Battle - WW2/Settings

Or hold down the CTRL key when you click "play game" in the game launcher popup. That should open a window allowing you to select a different resolution.

After last patch installed,game doesn't start in MP.It asks for game mods to play in MP.But These mods were already installed before.OK with old last patch v.268.

Trying to launch the game through the game launcher pop-up failed every time, proposed solutions did not work. In my case ctrl+game launch does not work either.
However, i finally managed to reach the main game screen by launching the ww2.exe with the option to launch the application with graphic processor Geforce GTX 965M. Started blitzkrieg and the game appears to run okay.
