What are the maximum number of Scientists, Mission Controllers, and Astronauts are we allowed to have in each stage of their respective Buildings sizes? How much more are allowed with each building upgrade? Does anyone know these figures?

Thanks. This is a fantastic game and I'd love to see it expanded to more deep space exploration both manned and probed.

The buildings have 3 levels:

Scientists: 7-14-22
Astronauts: 7-14- 22
Controllers: 5 -13-22

The last level seems to me to be correct, 22, but I'm not sure
