Only ever played against the AI so looking for a new challenge. Prefer to start in 1939, anyone interested? Not even sure how to create or join a PBEM. Pick a side.

Hi, i'm new to this. I've got GS 3.1. I only played vs AI, but i'd like to play vs human. Could someone explain me how to and play with me? I don't mind axis or allies.
