(Not bug) no command confusion on first impulse

Hi,
In addition to the bug reported by Tigre, it seems that command paralysis is not enforced in the first Soviet *impulse*. After the first Soviet impulse of the first turn, the icon appears and the restriction is in place.
In my server game, I managed to move out of the combat hex (also using strat move per the Tigre bug).

Hi Ekrommen!
If you are talking about Soviet Confusion, this happens after the first Axis normal impulse (not prepared offensive), in turns 1-2.
On turns 1 and 2, all Soviet units in a space with an Axis unit at the end of a normal (not prepared offensive) Axis impulse are immediately expended for the rest of the turn.
Regarding Tigre bug, we managed to fix it and it will be available on the next update.

Oh thanks. Sorry for the false bug report.
Interesting..Soviets get one move to get out of contact on those turns.

No worries! Yes, the Soviets get one attempt to save some units and move them out of the way.
