I was wondering the Editor option on FoG is greyed out, is it going to be added at a later date or can it be purchased separately?

The Editor is integrated, but due to the fact that the scenario save screen's options were not finished/updated yet to match the latest scenario file format modifications, is disabled atm. As soon as I'll finish all the mandatory fixes for the FoG(U), I'll update the Editor too.

Until then you can still use the FoG(RB) editor, then convert the scenarios to the new FoG(U) format.
