So I tried downloading the update (100a), but I get the following error:

"Unable to download file
An error occurred while trying to open an FTP file"

So did the download get erased from the FTP server?

It's like the updater has a notice that a file exists, but it points to nothing.

Please note that you'll only need the last update, as the updates are comprehensive.

Once you have downloaded the file please unzip it. Run the extracted file to update the game.
