Game saves and ship design saves

I could use a little help finding out how to delete the quick saves I have in Polaris Sector. There is no way to do it from the game menu even with the new update and I cant seem to find it in my computer. I am running windows 10. I also can not find where the ship designs are and would like to erase some of the designs I have created. Please help!!!

I would be very careful with manual deletion of files, specially the saves. Deleting one file might make a lot of them inaccessible in the game. After all, there are only three quick saves (they are cycling).
