This is the changelog of the latest patch for Panzer Corps, the one accompanying the ultimate edition, Panzer Corps Gold We hope you’ll enjoy it. Have fun playing, and remember, beware of anti-tank artillery.

Change notes:

- Special abilities shown in Purchase, Unit Details and New Equipment Available screens.
- Switch type is shown in a popup when "switch" special ability is clicked.
- Extended predictions when planning unit movement.
- Soft Cap tooltip added to old prestige tooltip.
- Launcher options for selecting legacy audio driver
- Launcher options for selecting windows graphic settings
- US Corps images added to the Library

I downloaded patch 1.30 successfully. Opening the game I see the new intro box and I verify at bottom v1.30.
First, after installation the "view readme" box is nonfunctional, clicking on it three times did nothing, just like other updates.
I opened a game saved in US Corps '44-45 and noticed nothing new. Does one have to RESTART AN ENTIRE CAMPAIGN to see the new changes?
Why do not the new changes apply to started battles??
Can one get the "view readme" from somewhere else?

As far as I know they will apply to old saves.
As for the "view readme" box, I really don't know to what box are you referring to.

Logged on to Steam... It appeared to load the patch.

Started my Steam version. It shows v1.30. However, none of my DLC's or all the other PzC games show at all. I have everything and could get to everything yesterday.

I started Steam and ran a validation and it checked fine, but still NO games....???

Check if your Steam client is updated and restart Steam.

I did twice.... second time everything is there and running... Thanks, All is great with the PzC world again...

Click on the Check for Updates button in the game launcher screen and it will download and install the patch.

Alternately, download the patch from one of the mirrors in the first post, unzip and run the extracted file to update the game.

The final screen after you downloaded and installed the patch. The same final dialogue box that has the "finish" box. The "View readme" box is opposite. I presume as in the past it contains the vital information about changes!
Clicked on it three times, didn't open. I don't know what's in the patch.

I think the patch is great.
The changes that were made definitely in plus.
