I have successfully installed OoB: US Marines.

But each and EVERY time I load OoB... the only options I have to play are the original Mod... and Battle of Brittan.

Where is the US Marines mod?

US Marines is not a mod but a campaign, so you'll find the campaign in the Campaign map.

Start the game. Click on the original game. Then please go to “Single Player” and then on the Campaign Map you will see several icons for the different campaigns. Click on the icon related with the US Marines campaign icon to start playing it.
