Questions
1-There is editor for next CEAW GS 4.0?
Note: I've only seen released until version 1.04 ceaw_editor_v104.exe and thus is not compatible with higher versions. This people could relocate the more historically correct and his real name units.
2-When officially out version CEAW GS 4.0?
To add: A new mod soon, I've been improving Commander Europe at War (UI and units), changes the game as the day to the night.

I have thought replace a new unit (by artillery, give tanks, artillery, rockets and armored +2 range on the map (+1 default), so a shot is created a great distance, so the distance of weapons recreated.
So the distance of weapons in the panzer Korps also have done with sniper and mortar giving the game a more realistic touch and looks good at stake is recreated. In sieges and assaults on enemy artillery always align back and front infantry and this is not really reflected for my view
