Dear developing team... Ever tought about implementing the possibility of playng the other side! .... Should be funny to tease those poor GIs and then flee!!!
That would even open the chanche to implement MP!!!!!

Due to the game design I'm afraid it's easier said than done.
The two sides play very differently.

I would really like to play the VC myself, even multiplayer would be a big step for this franchise.....
I think its worth trying to figure a robust AI for the US/ARVN, so I can't see why not, maybe I need to get my notepad out and start something.....

What I think for a 4 players game:
. VC: the main goal is to destroy ARVN while keeping NVA and US barely equals/balanced
. US: the main goal is to win with ARVN, and over them (ARVN victory must be less than half than US, so US controle the economy for sure before leaving its new puppet)
. ARVN: the goal is to win with US, but still being at least half powerfull as US (while winning US and ARVN compete for their own goal)
. NVA: their goal is to win over all, being 1st: VC is less than half of NVA, US+ARVN is less than half of NVA
